Welcome to the Girly Pop Off!
Come join us at NeueHouse Hollywood for a morning of fitness, fun, and all things Girly Pops! This is not just a workout, this is THE Women Only Workout Event in LA!
Pile in at 9:00 am to get your photo taken and enter our giveaways for the first Girly Pops Event of the year!
At 10:00 am sharp, we will begin opening activations and kick off the workout with a keynote speaker! Tay will guide you through a variety of fun and challenging bodyweight exercises designed to challenge your body and boost your confidence!
The workout itself will end at 11:30 am, and will be followed with fun competitions, vendor shopping, giveaways, and community activations!
