In a world that focuses on women being small & skinny (skinnytok making a comeback right now...🙄) Girls Lift Girls & Adidas value how we feel, how we function & how we perform > just aesthetics!!

Since our Triple Sweat workouts have been so popular, we will be bringing this to House of Fast on Kite Beach by running a 3-session workout rotation through functional fitness, run & machines (ski/bike/row) We will wrap up with coffees, hydration, nibbles & mingling afterwards!

Whether you're a beginner or an elite athlete, this event is for every strong woman in Dubai who wants to celebrate what their bodies are capable of! 💪🏻
