We’re bringing back our Ladies Youth Strength & Conditioning Program, and I wanted to make sure you heard about it first since you’ve participated in the past.These classes are designed for female athletes of all sports, including volleyball, soccer, softball, basketball, cheer, and more. The focus is on speed, strength, mobility, vertical jump, and overall athletic performance—everything needed to compete at a higher level.
All classes will be held at World Gym Pensacola.
Schedule:
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM with Nikki
Saturdays at 7:00 AM with Julie
Pricing:
$100 for 8 classes (approximately $12.50 per class)
Billed every 4 weeks
Drop-ins are $25 per class, but the monthly option offers the best value
The first class will kick off on Saturday, January 17 at 7:00 AM with Julie.
