Girls Skate NZ – Skateboarding Sessions on Waiheke! 🛹Thanks to support from Waiheke Local Board as part of Celebrating Play.
Girls Skate NZ is all about empowering girls and gender-diverse communities through skateboarding – building confidence, resilience, and physical wellbeing in a fun and supportive environment.
We’re running two FREE 2-hour sessions:
🔹 10am – 12pm: Girls & Gender-Diverse Only
🔹 1pm – 3pm: Everyone Welcome
No experience needed – our classes are open to all ages and abilities. As students arrive, we split into small groups based on skill level and age so everyone can learn at their own pace. With 3–5+ friendly coaches on hand, you’ll learn the basics of skateboarding, safety tips, and skatepark etiquette.
