Join us for a rejuvenating day by the beach at our Girls Only Wellness Day in Bondi!

Start with a 45 min revitalizing sauna session in a Barrel Sauna with the girls, followed by a refreshing ice bath to awaken your senses.

As you unwind and rejuvenate, we'll dive into meaningful girl chats that inspire connection, sharing, and growth. Whether you're new to wellness practices or a seasoned pro, this day is designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul in a supportive and uplifting environment.

The experience

Curated in an iconic Bondi Studio garden space, the CONTRAST THERAPY suite features a new state-of-the-art large infrared barrel sauna, ice bath, outdoor shower with Leif Botanicals products, exclusive access with a private garden, complimentary towels, filtered water and a private change room.

The recommended age for this event is 20-35 years old. Tickets are non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, you may use your ticket for the next event at your preferred time.
