Grab your girlfriends and join us on October 1st from 7-10 PM for a few hours of fun! 🎉 Co-hosted by Leslie Newhall from My Little Online Shop and Brandon Peacock, Owner of Peak Performance Fitness, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our amazing partners: Emily Greb and her team from Face First Orillia (Orillia’s only Nurse Practitioner-Led Bio-Medical Aesthetics & Wellness Practice) and Melanie Rimkay, Entrepreneur & Owner of Green River and Co. (yoga, meditation and higher learning) and leader of Living Boldly Retreats!
The night will allow you to mix and mingle with some great women in our community, ask questions, and see demos. 💬
This event is free to attend. There will be light refreshments (non-alcoholic), snacks, and each participant will be going home with a swag bag full of goodies. 🛍️
Brandon and his team will showcase why it’s important to lift heavy sh!t as we age. They will also teach you how they can tailor a workout for any level of fitness to help you with mobility or age-related issues that might be holding you back. 🏋️♀️
Emily will be bringing her Emsella chair to showcase this treatment for strengthening the pelvic floor, assisting with urinary incontinence, and regaining bladder control—you can ask all your questions, have a quick review, and book your treatments directly with her! She will also have some of her team with her to answer questions about the cosmetic procedures they offer and to show some sample products. 👩🏼⚕️
Melanie has some great retreats coming up, and she has also launched her Living Boldly series that will help us move the beyond our fears and barriers that hold us back from living the life we crave! She has an amazing community and offers many connections that might suit you—be sure to ask about her ZenDen Sessions too—they are the best! 🧘♀️
Leslie will have a selection of clothing, accessories, and other goodies for you to try on. She will be there to assist you in choosing pieces that will have you not only looking your best, but more importantly feeling your best. 👗
