You've heard of Ladies' Night Out - well, this is Ladies' Night UP! Learn how to improve your leadership skills, even if you don't have the title of "boss". We'll focus on building up your confidence and polish up your networking skills while enjoying some of the best food and drink Orlando has to offer. A 2-hour interactive workshop on confidence for women is followed by a 3-hour food and drink tour of Ivanhoe Village.
Women are naturally better than men at many of the skills necessary to be a successful leader today: skills such as empathy, communication, perspective, emotional intelligence, and crisis handling. But sometimes we're not so great at the skills that help us get into leadership roles: confidence, risk taking, branding, and networking. Mimi Layton from LeadHERship Adventures will facilitate the workshop which is the first in a series that will build these skills.
After the workshop, you'll get to know Ivanhoe Village while building your network of other empowered women! Tracy Kuch from Wandering Palm Adventures leads us on The Village Vittles and Views tour. This is a very easy walking tour that visits 5 stops to enjoy amazing food and drinks. We'll get tastes from: Hammered Lamb, The Pinery, Greek Corner, Equilibre Healthy Food, and Imperial Wine Bar at Washburn.
The workshop will take place in the offices above Greek Corner. Please meet outside Greek Corner15 minutes before the start of the workshop.
