IS  GIRLS IN WONDERLAND TICKET / PASS  REFUNDABLE?

Girls in Wonderland Tickets / Passes are non-refundable.  We have made it so that they are transferable to the next Girls in Wonderland you can attend and hopefully the October dates will work. We are however allowing name changes for those of you who absolutely can not make both dates so that you can sell your ticket.

Here is the process you went though before you made your purchase.

When you arrive at the event page/ Ticket page or Pass page, you see an event description or pass description.  All events for the last 20 years states in part:

“All sales are final.  No refunds. No exceptions.” Rain or Shine 

Please understand we must abide by our long-standing Conditions of which you agreed.  None of us expected this level of disruption and we are doing everything we can to make it as easy as possible to transfer your tickets, including allowing name transfers.  What’s most important is that the event is safe and we are not putting any one in harm’s way by holding a large gathering in this climate.

Hotel GIW Pass - *MUST BE STAYING & REGISTER AS A GUEST AT THE HOST HOTEL*

This pass is designed for our Host Hotel guests, with your hotel reservation, each hotel room receives (2) pool party tickets per day for the length of your stay, and each suite includes (4) pool party tickets per day for the length of your stay.

Hotel GIW Pass Includes:

- Thursday's night party

- Out for Laughs- Comedy Show 

- Climax- Friday

- Afterglow After Hours

- GIW Signature Event

- GIRL the After Hours

- Last Chance Party
