Empowering female athletes ages 7 to 10! Learn basic skills and rules for lacrosse, basketball, soccer, and volleyball with a supportive all-female coaching staff at this free event. Try new things and make new friends along the way.
Research has shown that creating spaces for girls-only sports
programming helps young athletes feel safe to try new things, increases participation, and helps encourage healthy, active habits and lifestyles.
Registration is encouraged. There will be limited walk-up registration the day of the event.
This event is focused on creating a safe space for girls, transgender, and non-binary youth, but all are welcome to join.
