About this Event
✨ About This Gathering
This is a free, community-centered girls group focused on community, wellbeing, and growth. Our featured topic is understanding attachment styles for self-inquiry and nervous system regulation.
Together, we’ll explore how early experiences shape the way we connect, love, and protect ourselves in relationships. Through conversation, reflection, journaling, and breathwork, this gathering invites awareness, self-compassion, and a felt sense of safety in the body.
This is not therapy. It’s an intentional space to learn, reflect, and be human together.
What to Expect
🗣️ Keynote & Guided Conversation
We’ll begin with a short keynote introducing attachment styles in a simple, grounded way.
We’ll explore the 4 attachment styles and how self-awareness opens the door to positive change. The emphasis is on recognition, not diagnosis.
🧘🏽 Grounding & Breathwork
We’ll pause for slow breathing and grounding moments to support nervous system regulation. You’re always encouraged to rest, step back, or opt out.
✍🏽 Journaling & Reflection
Guided journaling prompts will invite gentle self-inquiry. There’s no pressure to share. Please bring your own journal and pens, as they will not be provided.
