Girls aged 8-13 years Guided Meditation & Soundbath Chase Meadow, Warwick.

Let me introduce your child to self-empowering techniques of meditation and sound, allowing them to find inner calm and peace.
About this Event

I am excited to be holding a new monthly mindfulness session, aimed at girls aged 8-13 years. This will include a mindful activity to start with and positive affirmations.

A break will also be included where I will provide drinks and snacks.

The session will then be concluded with a guided meditation and soundbath using sound healing instruments such as a Monolini, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp, Nepalese Wind Gong, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Zaphir Chimes.

Sound healing has many benefits such as lowering stress and promoting relaxation. It can also improve sleep and manage conditions such as anxiety, depression and emotional regulation.

The girls will also have the opportunity to play some of these instruments themselves.

I hold an enhanced DBS and I am a fully qualified sound healing practitioner with the Sound Healing Academy. I hold all relevent insurances.

The girls will need to bring a a yoga mat or something to lie down on, a pillow, blanket and will need to wear comfortable clothing as they will be seated or lying down for the session.

Please arrive at 4pm so the girls can set up their space in the hall and get themselves comfortable ready for a 4.15 pm start. You are welcome to stay with your child if you wish. Once the girls have arrived I will lock the doors for security reasons, and to ensure the space is a calm as can be. So if you do leave the doors will remain locked until the session ends at 5:30pm.

An event registration form will be completed at the beginning of each session to clarify emergency contact details and any relevant medical conditions or allergies that I need to be aware of.
