Girl Talk Teen ProgramDiscovering Your Inner Voice
Join us for a unique journey where young women connect with their inner truth through storytelling, music, nature, movement, and play. This program offers a safe and judgment-free space to share feelings, thoughts, and ideas, helping participants build confidence and manage anxiety and stress.
When: Wednesdays, October 9th - November 13th

Who: Girls aged 14-15 (9th and 10th graders) looking for a supportive space where they can explore, express, and empower themselves.

Sheree Surdam, is a CT Licensed Clinical Hypnotist and Professional Wellness Counselor with over 35 years of counseling experience, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, using coaching, hypnotherapy, and energy psychology to help teens overcome self-limiting beliefs.
Pam Walker is a licensed Mental Health Professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in engaging teens through therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a science-based approach for positive self-soothing and behavioral change.
