Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachians: Discovering STEM with STREAMWORKS
Join us for an exciting day of exploration at with STREAMWORKS! This hands-on event is perfect for girls eager to dive into the world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). Through engaging activities and experiments, girls will have the opportunity to discover the wonders of STEM in a fun and interactive way. Don't miss out on this chance to ignite your curiosity and passion for science and technology!
This event is designed to introduce non-members to the exciting world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) through themed activities that align with Girl Scout badges. If they enjoy the experience and show their skills, they could earn a badge for their efforts, just like Girl Scouts! It’s a great way for non-members to get a taste of the Girl Scout experience while discovering new talents and passions in the STEM field.
Council staff will be available to discuss local Girl Scout troop opportunities and register your girl the same day!
Please note, this is NOT a drop off event. Each girl must have a guardian with her.
