Who runs the world? Girls! We are inviting ladies of all ages to come to a girl's night out...ninja style! We will go over some fun skills, discuss strength training for women in ninja, and have open gym time. In addition, we'll be having a CLOTHES SWAP! Bring in some tank tops or exercise shirts that you just don't wear anymore, and swap with others! Obviously, make sure your items are washed before bringing, and it's a good idea to wash any items you bring home too. Any leftover items that don't get claimed will be donated. Want even more reason to join? Michelle Warnky-Buurma will be there to teach, answer training questions, and hang out!When: Saturday, March 6th, 5-6:30pm
