About this Event
Join us for a functional, full body functional HIIT workout class, with a playlist inspired by
the leading ladies in music through the years and transversing genres to celebrate IWD
2025 with the theme of Accelerating Action! We will accelerate action by empowering
ourselves through exercise and community!
Join us for a workout that can be adapted to your abilities and skill level, whether you’re
a runner wanting to improve your strength and coordination or maybe just getting back
into fitness after a break!
Our class alternates between full body, functional strength and cardio, ending with
mobility and core work and is led by a highly qualified Personal trainer and Exercise
Referral Instructor, Dr Natalie E Grinvalds.
Staying afterwards for a chat and drink or snack afterwards is optional (with your 10%
discount on Sip Locale Cafe!)
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that alternates between short
periods of high-intensity cardio and body weight resistance movements lower-intensity
intervals for a workout that will improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, and strength
in a short amount of time!
Please bring a mat or towel. Let the instructor know if you have any injuries or medical
issues.
