Girl, Heal is an evening of empowerment and self-care hosted at in Dayton, Ohio and led by a local community member — all created to nurture women through community and reflection.
Each Girl, Heal workshop offers a unique doorway into healing and self-discovery:
- November 5: Introduction & Opening Intentions
- November 19: Dance / Flow — Reconnecting with the Body
- December 3: Sound Bath / Meditation — Finding Stillness Within
- December 17: Sex Education / Shibari — Exploring Empowered Intimacy
- January 7: Art Night — Expression Through Creativity
- January 21: Celebration Mixer — Honoring Our Growth Together
Your journey is your own you can drop in for one workshop or include the full series. Participants who attend multiple sessions will be invited to our private Celebration Mixer on January 21 as a gathering to honor the growth, community, and connection we’ve cultivated along the way.
