Local multidisciplinary artist and choreographer Riya Devi-Ashby will be debuting a new installation piece at the Sutradhar Institute on November 17th. Come by to view the work, celebrate this milestone, and enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages. Devi-Ashby will be constructing an immersive, layered, detailed, and well-researched deep dive into the history and aesthetics of violent resistance and femininity, surrounded by the historical community hub that is Sutradhar's Studio A.
