We are celebrating with an education packed Symposium Sunday October 5th in the Seminar Room at The Gin Room
10:30 AM to 1pm SALVE OSTERIA will be offering BRUNCH for those who would like to Brunch Before the Seminar.
1pm to 5pm. We have expertly prepared a symposium showcasing some of the best minds in the industry and the category of gin.
Please be prompt in your attendance. Symposium includes meet the brands, Masterclass tasting, Expert Panel and Compenent Seminar.

Simon Ford was the cofounder of The 86 Co. and Ford's Gin. He is a leading voice in the spirits and cocktails industry and conducts educational sessions, judges bartending competitions and speaks on panels at conferences around the world.

This is his very first time in St Louis!
Dave Smith is the head distiller/Master blender at St. George Spirits and the Gin Lover of the distillery! St George Gins are some of the most reknowned gins around the world inspiring an entirely new wave of craft distilling and attention to terroir.
