Gift Pick Up & Delivery InfoOur 2025 location is at 2380 W Washington St, West Bend, WI 53095 in the space between the Senior Center and the Threshold (the former TCI Industries space).
Before you arrive, please empty your vehicle so there is room for your gifts. Only bring others with you if necessary (space is tight).
Only the contact person on your application can pick up the gifts and must have a photo ID. If you want to designate someone else to pick up your gifts for you, please email [email protected]. That person will also need to have a photo ID with them.
If you are sick, call ahead (262-338-1661 ext. 107) to let us know, and we will bring your gifts to your car so that you don’t have to enter the building (we don’t want to get other families, volunteers, or staff sick, especially this time of year).
You may pick up your gifts after your designated day/time, but not sooner than that.
If you requested delivery in your application, you will get a call from the delivery volunteers sometime in early December to set up a delivery day/time. Delivery is done by a different organization, and they will contact you.
Lastly, as discussed in the participant agreement, the holidays can be stressful, and this program helps thousands of people. Please be patient, polite, and courteous with our staff and volunteers, even if you believe an error has been made.

Family numbers 1-50: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Family Numbers 51-96: 12:00 to 2:00 pm
Family Numbers 97-148: 2:00 to 4:00 pm
Family Numbers 149-194: 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Tuesday, December 16
Family numbers 195-243: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Family Numbers 244-296: 12:00 to 2:00 pm
Family Numbers 297-346: 2:00 to 4:00 pm
Family Numbers 347-397: 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Wednesday, December 17
Family numbers 398-450: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Family Numbers 451-507: 12:00 to 2:00 pm

Location Information
When you arrive at the location, please pull into the half-circle drive way area. Pull up as far as you can so there is ample space for others to park behind you.
Please park your car and enter through the sliding doors to check in. Rolling carts will be available to assist donors and participants with loading and unloading gifts from their vehicle.
