Join me on my stunning Christmas Class - we'll be making a gorgeous little fully edible gingerbread house in this wonderful class.What we will cover:
The perfect gingerbread recipe; how to store it, cut it and bake it for the perfect shapes for your gingerbread house.
Constructing your gingerbread house.
Creating a beautiful colour scheme and pattern design for your house.
Working with sugarpaste to create a variety of different finishes on your house (there wil be a lot of choice for personalisation too)
Working with Royal Icing to pipe borders, dots and grass.
You will be carefully taught piping techniques and given time to practise each technique before going live on your own gingerbread house.
You will go home with your gorgeous Gingerbread House - which will keep all Christmas.
All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
