Join us at Northwest Hills UMC on December 4th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM as we celebrate Christmas with our Gingerbread Cafe! This event is the perfect way for children and families to celebrate Christmas and get in the holiday spirit. In addition to decorating gingerbread houses, children will have the opportunity to drink hot chocolate, have their picture taken with Santa, and hear the story of Jesus's birth!
The cost to attend this year's Gingerbread Cafe is $20, which, in addition to one gingerbread house, includes a meal and hot chocolate for each member of the family. We believe that one house is perfect for a family of four. Additional houses can be ordered during the registration process for $20 each.
Families who wish to participate but who are not comfortable with in-person gatherings at this time may register to 'attend' the Gingerbread Cafe virtually. Virtual attendees may pick up their gingerbread house(s) at Northwest Hills UMC the week before the Gingerbread Cafe and will receive a link to a pre-recorded version of the story of Jesus' birth to watch together as a family as they decorate their house(s).
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged for this event to ensure that we will have gingerbread houses available for you and your family.
