This event provides basic information and research updates on ginger, Topics include sustainable field and high tunnel ginger production, ginger seed production, integrated pest management, marketing, post harvest, and health benefits. A field tour to field, high tunnel and greenhouse ginger research and demonstration on Randolph Farm will be provided. The target participants of this event are interested growers as well as extension educators.
