Gin Tasting with Timber & Salt Bar Program Curator

Timber & Salt has had one of the Peninsula’s best bar programs for over ten years—serving innovative, original cocktails with bold techniques and layered flavor. We pride ourselves on having a full selection of gins available and are showcasing them in this tasting.

Doors open at 4 and the tasting starts promptly at 4:15. You will be served and guided through 4 different gins all with their own unique flavor profile. Our bar curator David will be with you the entire time to answer any questions that you may have and is a wealth information for all kinds of spirits and drink building technique. Throughout the tasting we will be sending out a spread of small bites.
