Welcome to the Gin Journey Sydney - Distillery Trail event! Join us on Sat Dec 21 2024 at 13:30 at the Poor Toms Gin Hall for a fun-filled day exploring the best distilleries in Sydney.
We're doing an Xmas special so expect seasonal cocktails and festive treats.
Get ready to taste some amazing gin, learn about the distilling process, and meet fellow gin enthusiasts.

The Gin Journey includes:
Visits to: Ester Spirits, Poor Toms and Unexpected Guest Distilleries.
With:
- One G&T and/or cocktail at each venue
- One flight of gin at each distillery
- Three distilleries in three hours
- A boisterous and hilarious insight into the history and production of gin, a deep dive into native Australian botanicals and more knowledge that you could shake a Martini at
- This is a walking tour, you'll get your steps in but nothing there's nothing too strenuous
