THE SESSION?
This session will be a Heels Class (although no heels necessary if you are not comfortable). This session will focus on moving in a way that makes you feel sexy and confident - ran by the gorgeous Tiff who is bound to have you leaving with a new found sense of power!
Inclusive of a welcome and connection time to get to know the other women, you will then be guided through some mirror work, a warm up, technique, choreography and finally a cool down and check in.
This class is beginner friendly, and you will be guided through the entire process x
WHAT TO WEAR?
Please arrive wearind something comfortable, that you both feel good in and can move freely in. Heels are totally optional - sneakers or bare feet will also be acceptable for this class.
DURATION?
This is a 90 minute guided session - focusing largely on empowerment and connection.
COST?
First Release: $35 per ticket inclusive of ticketing fee (Non-Refundable)
