Gilmont’s Annual Battle of the Bags’ tickets are now on sale (Saturday, October 11th). This fundraiser supports the work that Gilmont camp does all year long. If you have never been, it is a wonderful, good time enjoying the outdoors along with others. The cornhole tournament is only part of the fun, there is live music, a silent auction, and a delicious BBQ lunch, and this year they are adding bingo for those less adventurous. There are football games playing on the big screen TV’s so you will be able to catch some of your favorite gridiron rivalries as well. Last year the event raised $45,000 and they are looking to at least raise that much this year.
