1. Tournament is open only to those with USBC Membership Cards. Non-USBC Members may purchase a membership ($27) or by
paying $5 participation fee for adults.
2. Payment options: CASH, Venmo or CashApp to Aliciabill7403, or PayPal to [email protected]. (Checks & Credit Card payments will NOT be accepted.)
3. Check-in will start 1 hour prior to the scheduled squad and close 10 minutes prior to the start time.
4. On days with multiple squads, lanes will be re-oiled between squads. (MAX 40 bowlers per squad.)
5. Handicap is 80% of 220. Bowlers over 220 will bowl scratch. Entrants will use their highest USBC Average from 2023-2024 or
2022-2023 season (winter or summer). If no average, bowler may use a current league average with 36 games or more. (10-pin
rule is NOT in effect). If a bowler has a higher re-rated average this must be reported and used.
6. Format: Bowlers will bowl 3 games across 3 lanes skipping 1 pair to the right.
7. Bowlers may enter as often as they’d like but cash only twice. Pay ratio of 1:5
8. You may enter the Optional Doubles with any partner on your squad by paying $10 per team ($8 prize, $2 expense). The prize
fee will be returned 100% with a pay ratio of 1:8. Payout to occur at the end of the tournament.
9. Seniors (age 50+ as of 8/1/24) may enter the Optional Senior Division by paying $10 ($8 prize, $2 expense). The prize fee will
be returned 100% with a pay ratio of 1:8. For those seniors 65+ that enter but do NOT cash in the senior division, there will be 5
additional prizes paid to the Super Seniors. Bowling in a Senior Squad DOES NOT automatically qualify you for the senior
division. Payout to occur at the end of the tournament.
10. If a bowler wishes to enter the Optional Scratch Division, the additional fee is $10 ($8 prize, $2 expense). The prize fee will be
returned 100% with a pay ratio of 1:8. Payout to occur at the end of the tournament.
11. If a female bowler wishes to enter the Optional Ladies Division, the additional fee is $10 ($8 prize, $2 expense). The prize fee will be returned 100% with a pay ratio of 1:8. Payout to occur at the end of the tournament.
12. It is the bowler’s responsibility to verify their average, report any scoring issues to the tournament director, and correctly report scores bowled.
13. Tournament committee reserves the right to deny entry, to re-rate averages, settle disputes, and to disqualify bowlers. If a
re-rated average is not accepted before bowling, a refund will be offered. No other refunds will be given, however every attempt
will be made to reschedule any entrant who misses their assigned squad time.
14. Funds not paid out from the tournament Mystery Score will be paid out as additional prize money at conclusion of tournament.
15. The tournament directors and Gilmore Lanes are not responsible for injuries or damages which may be sustained while bowling.
