Gil Scott-Heron Bluesology is a brand new ground breaking theatrical production and reinterpretation of the late great poet, songwriter and musician Gil Scott-Heron.
The man Melody Maker called "The Most Dangerous Musician Alive" and many dubbed the forefather of rap music because he turned his poetry into songs and added music. His lyrics reflect the turbulence and uncertainty of our times with a satirical edge told in the tradition of oral poetry and storytelling.
Woven between reciting the timeless words of Gil Scott-Heron, these electrifying spoken word artists weave their own personal poetic journeys into the story and create a rip roaring fire.
