In this hands-on class, learn the basics of how to perform a self-reiki treatment, followed by a blend of gentle Reiki healing and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, facilitated by Emily, Reiki Master and certified sound therapy practitioner.

Emily will guide you through a meditative experience of healing, by channeling universal life force energy to restore balance while harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit with therapeutic sounds.

This unique experience supports you in releasing stress, clearing energetic blockages, and reconnecting with your inner peace. Whether you are new to energy work or have been practicing for years, this session offers a sacred space for all.
