Mid-Week rejuvenation! Join with others in Sacred Circle for an evening of deeper connection to self and source within the container of a Reiki infused sound bath. Guided meditation, a soulful sound journey with drumming, gong, crystal bowls and solfeggio healing tones and chime followed by an integration/insight group share. This venue has yoga mats, bolsters and blankets but you may choose to bring your own if you'd like. Please bring water and head support.
