Gifts of Yoga at Uptown

Namaste through the holidays at Uptown Atlanta as we offer a three week series that features the Gifts of Yoga.

Join Priscila Baptista as she guides class, focusing on the gifts that yoga brings especially during the holiday season ~ flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation ~ that's fit for all levels.

Please note:

• Class size is limited so please be sure to register early. Not able to make a class? Please be sure to cancel your registration as soon as possible so another yogi may attend.
• Other Reminders - class begins promptly at 6:30pm. No yogis will be admitted to class 10 minutes after class begins (after 6:40pm). Parking is available at the City Center Deck and validations are available** for this series when you register and check-in. (**Registration is required for a validation). Class will be held in the Gym at Uptown Towers. Entry and registration will be accessed via the Main Street Tower entrance (shown in red in the map attached below). Just look for the welcome signs!
