Groups of 10; will make adjustments to group size if needed. Each person buys 9 small gifts. if more than one person in a cabin wants to participate, each person’s name needs to be listed and each person brings/gives 9 gifts.
Some ideas:
-Something from the place you're from--it's so much fun to share your hometown with your fellow cruisers!
-"Handy" things like a magnet, cup, a candy, a reusable straw (some people don’t like the candy straws Carnival puts in their drinks), hand sanitizer, etc.
-Dollar stores are great place to find cheap things.
-Some people order something from somewhere in bulk.
People get really creative with it. Shot glasses are a big hit but don't be afraid to think out of the box.
To participate, list your:
-Name (*list each participant separately)
-Deck #
-Cabin location & number (FWD, MID, AFT)
(*if not assigned yet put TBD)
(This makes delivery quicker. I like to deliver all the fwd cabins at a time, then later the mid cabins after dinner and aft the following day. This means no multiple walking the entire ship on each deck to deliver, just go up & down the same elevators in an area.)
You drop off to the rooms door or mail box by the end of the second night.
*If possible, put gifts in a bag with handles and hang on cabin doors. Often stuff laid on floor by cabins are picked up by housekeeping as per Carnival’s regulations.
