Cowabunga, Surfers! Coronado’s shores are set to sparkle as the iconic Gidget makes a splash for two unforgettable events!
Paddle over to the legendary Hotel Del Coronado for a Movie on the Beach screening of the original 1959 Gidget with the REAL GIDGET Kathy Zuckerman! Meet the mini surf legend and recall the golden era of Southern California surf days.
Swing and sway to the sounds of the Coronado Ukulele Club.
With each ticket purchase, you’ll be entered into a fundraising raffle to win a gnarly Surf Bike from Shaka Surf Bikes and a complimentary adult beverage (up to a $20.00 value!).
JULY 13 DOCUMENTARY + BOOK SIGNING
The party continues on July 13th! Diving deeper into the Gidget legacy with a special documentary screening of ACCIDENTAL ICON: THE REAL GIDGET STORY followed by a Q+A and book signing event at the Coronado Village Theatre!
Director Brian Gillogly, Kathy Zuckerman (the REAL GIDGET), Jericho Poppler, and Bruce Bellend (Four Preps) with all be here!
