About this Event
Purpose:
• Familiarize children between the ages of 2 years and approximately 3 years with the water and teach swimming readiness skills
• Provide safety information for parents and teach techniques parents can’t use to orient their children to the water
Prerequisites:
• No skill prerequisites
• Child must be at least 2 years old
• Parent must accompany child to each class
This registration does not guarantee a spot in our Learn to Swim program. It is an application spot meaning that you have priority. If you do not meet the requirements for the class, your application spot is not transferable into a different class level. Tickets must be paid ($45.00) in person via cash or credit card at Gibson Pool prior to Friday, March 29, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. in order to guarantee your spot. If there are any available slots after the payment deadline, and you are still interested in registering your child, please come in person to Gibson Pool at 2:00 p.m. to make the payment for that available slot. Please note that payments will not be accepted on Fridays between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
