We are proud to present to you a series of bike workshops for Girl Gang, very generously hosted by Giant Hobart. It would be safe to say that as women, we have all found bikes intimidating at one point or another, and women are largely underrepresented within the cycling community, for a whole host of reasons. Eudaimonia, along with Giant, would like to address some of these issues by providing a safe space for women to learn more about bikes, from basic bike anatomy through to brakes and gear tuning.
Each of the 5 sessions within this series will run for 1.5 hours, fortnightly on a Wednesday, with the first one kicking off on 5th March with ‘Anatomy of a bike’.
Each session will start with 1 hour of tutorial/practical time, followed by half an hour for discussions.
The best part is that this will be entirely free!
We are limited to 12 per session, so it’ll be in order of registration and we’ll have a waitlist once it fills up.
