Please join us for a giant puppet making workshop. In collaboration with MAXT Makerspace, Children and the Arts is hosting a puppet making workshop to prepare for this year’s festival, Greatest Hits: Celebrating 30 years of Children and the Arts. Come and work collaboratively on puppets for our local elementary schools or make your own puppet. During this workshop, we will focus on cardboard sculpting and papier-mâché. Puppets may not be completed by the end of the workshop but will be finished by local schools or at home. No experience necessary. Bring an open mind (and a sack lunch) and be ready to get your hands dirty!
Ages 14+ Limited to 20 participants.
