James Preston Allen summoned spirits of San Pedro’s past on his double album “Ghosts of Pacific Avenue,” in which his evocative songs were backed only by his guitar. At this show he’ll play the full album along with his band The James Report, whose embellishment adds musical textures to this singular work.
