About this Event
Every town has mysteries and stories of M**der, mischief, and mayhem. Rogers and the surrounding area are no exception.
During five evenings in October, the Rogers Historical Museum will offer Ghost Walks tours in historic Downtown Rogers featuring true local stories of M**der, mischief, and mayhem told by different costumed interpreters. Walk among these “ghost” interpreters as they share witness accounts of dark tales of death taken from obituaries printed in local newspapers from the 1870s to 1920s.
The first tour each evening begins at 7:00 p.m., with additional tours leaving every fifteen minutes, and the last tour beginning at 8:15 p.m. The 45-minute tour will start at the Rogers Historical Museum and is suitable for older teens and adults. Participants should wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk about one-quarter of a mile at a slow pace. Each tour is limited to 16 participants and registration is required at a cost of $5 per person.
