The number one question Mansion staff and volunteers are asked: Is it haunted?
Every October, guests are invited to walk the darkened halls with a glimmer of candlelight to guide them. Once inside a room, guests will hear Conrad family ghost stories and other strange happenings that occurred in the Mansion. Who knows, maybe you’ll have your own paranormal experience?
Ghost Tours are a family friendly event; however, we do not recommend children under 10 attending. Tours are offered every 15 minutes and last about one hour.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Tickets are $25/person for all ages
- Tickets are non refundable. PLEASE check and recheck that you have selected the correct date and time before purchasing your tickets.
- ARRIVAL: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your tour to check in with our volunteers at the front porch.
- BATHROOMS: We will have two port-o-potties on site. There is also a public restroom in the small park across Woodland Ave. There are NO restroom facilities inside the Mansion for guest use.
Ghost Tours are a pivotal fundraiser for the Conrad Mansion. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit relying on tours, events, fundraisers, grants & donations. Your ticket purchase will be used to fund building projects, house restoration, and educational materials. Thank you for your support!!
