Sensory Notes: Restorative yoga involves resting in poses for extended periods of time. Please make sure you have plenty of support in your pillow, and dress comfortably for rest.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
PLEASE bring a very sturdy couch cushion, double-stuffed pillow or yoga bolster to class with you. We do not have bolsters available to share.
Parking: Parking is on the street. Parking meters aren't enforced after 5pm.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be.
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for.
