Support Your Local Collective and Ghost Media are teaming up for a big night of deep dubstep at our favourite dungeon - the venerable hall of the gods that is Valhalla!
With a sound forged in the warehouses of London, Truant has become known for his deep and contemplative take on the dubstep sound. A Rinse FM regular with a broad collection of plates, his mixes span the full spectrum of UK bass music, from dub to jungle. He has released on some serious labels such as Juan Forte, xprs and Pondlife. With the help of Norman Foreman, we are excited to welcome him to Aotearoa for the first time on the mighty Further Sound.
Joining him we have a powerful support cast of some of the capital's finest, including our very own dubstep prodigy DUSTY, RadioActive FM's wahine of steel BABETECH, hot up and comer IMPULSE and Support Your Local head honcho DEVEN on opening duties. They will be joined on the microphone by hosts Young Gho$t and MC Pl@ bringing the lyrical fire.
