The Greater Houston Dental Society Membership/New Dentist Committee is excited to host our New Dentist Study Club on Thursday, June 8, 2023. The CE Program includes a nice dinner at Seasons 52 Wine Bar & Grill – Houston City Centre. ALL ARE WELCOME!!

This course will be a deep dive into the digitally-guided implant pathway from design flow to prosthetic seating utilizing the latest in technologies available. Combining accurate digital imaging and digitally guided planning software, our participants will be able to plan out these types of cases and even be able to learn the fundamentals of placing dental implants in a digital design pathway. Alongside implant surgery, various other digitally-guided procedures will be discussed. AGD Code: 690

Educational Objectives:

- Understanding the Digital Design Pathway

- Planning a dental implant utilizing Analog and Digital Pathways

- Participate in a planning session and see the outcome of that surgery

- Digitally referenced Implant impressions

- How to collaborate with your specialists in the inter-disciplinary model

Ali Sajadi, DDS, MS, is a board-certified Periodontist and Oral and Implant surgeon serving the North Houston and Montgomery County, Texas areas. He received his DDS from Indiana University, School of Dentistry, Indianapolis Indiana, his MSD from The University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Dentistry, Houston, TX and his Certificate, Periodontics from The University of Texas, School of Dentistry, Houston, TX

He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics, Texas Society of Periodontists, Greater Houston Dental Society, Greater Houston Periodontal Society, American Dental Association, and the Southwest Society of Periodontists. He currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at UTHealth Sciences Center at Houston, board member to the Southwest Society of Periodontists, past-president of the Greater Houston Society of Periodontists, local and national lecturer and a pioneer in the collaborative multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. His training and background make him highly qualified to treat extensive and complex surgical cases. Additionally, Dr. Sajadi has received a number of leadership and excellence awards during his career.

In his free time, Dr. Sajadi loves to spend time with his wife and son while not being invested in cycling, hunting, fishing, cooking, and reading. His most coveted passion is building large and complex LEGO kits and sets focused in the automotive category, as he is also passionate about auto racing. He serves as the founding member of the reinitiated UTH Periodontics Alumni Association and is very passionate about organized dentistry.

The Greater Houston Dental Society is an ADA CERP recognized provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
