Chef Chris has mastered a GLUTEN FREE Chiffon Cake and will be teaching you how to make the perfect GF Chiffon Cake With Chantilly Cream and Strawberries!
A light healthy dinner will be served as we wait for the cakes to bake and cool … as it’s a dessert class the dinner will be gluten free assorted dumplings (chicken and vegan) with dipping sauces and sautéed Chinese vegetables served by Chef RD Renée.
