We would love to have you join us for the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the modernization project at the Getto Central Transportation Yard.
Please park in the west parking lot at the main entrance near the Transportation office building.
This $33 million project encompasses significant modernization work throughout the site and is based on the 2020 Transportation Master Plan study. It will provide a new office building, new maintenance shop, training areas, bus parking, fuel pump area including EV charging, staff parking, and enhanced security. The project work will be managed to allow the Central Transportation Yard to remain operational throughout the project. Completion of the project is scheduled for late 2026.
