Alessandro Calzolari is a BIPC expert in Marketing and Consumer Psychology Consulting.
Consumer psychology studies why people buy things they like. Alessandro uses emotional intelligence (EQ) to improve how businesses communicate with their customers, helping to build stronger customer loyalty and engagement.
He combines the latest psychological insights with effective marketing strategies, enhancing client relationships and business growth.

Kate Noakes is a CPCAB-qualified Person-Centred Therapist and Leadership & Culture Development Coach who works at the intersection of personal growth, leadership and organisational culture. Through her therapy and coaching practice, Kate helps individuals and groups explore the internal models they’ve built for life — how they think, relate and lead — and how meaningful growth begins from within, engaging both head and heart.With a focus on culture and character, Kate supports leaders to shape environments that deliver results while also prioritising wellbeing, emotional intelligence and human connection. What is your cancellation policy?
The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing [email protected].
Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?
Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
