Format: Online- Zoom (participants need a working computer with camera, microphone and speakers -- and a place to work together free from distraction)
What to Expect:
- Reflective Discussions: Share your thoughts and experiences about working with families, with a partner and in small groups.
- Engaging Videos: Watch insightful videos that highlight best practices in family engagement.
- Scenario Planning: Work through real-life situations to apply what you learn.
- Future Planning: Create simple plans to improve how you engage with families in your work, and know where to find resources to learn more.
Why Attend?
Participants will gain practical tools and resources based on the Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework. You will gather valuable insights to strengthen your relationships with families and support children’s success.
