Schedule: The course runs in two sessions — morning and afternoon, with a 45-minute lunch break. Participants are encouraged to bring a packed lunch, or they may use nearby facilities. Morning Session: Setting Up Your Business

Marketing fundamentals and simple strategies to attract and retain customers.
How to use the “Help My Way” website to promote services and reach clients.
Opportunities for local networking and collaboration with other providers
