Elevate your real estate career by enhancing your knowledge of energy efficient homes, allowing you to better serve your buyers and sellers.
Join us for this one-day course to learn the benefits of energy efficient homes. The program will outline best-practices on energy efficiency measures and their benefits, offer insight into current energy codes and incentive programs in Saskatchewan, and provide tools to help your clients buy and sell energy efficient homes.
Participants will receive a digital badge upon completion of the training and will be provided with a resource toolkit to apply to their professional practice.
Training Details:
This event will be an in-person offering of Getting Real About Home Energy. For the opportunity to attend an online session of the training, please check out our other event dates.
The in-person offering of this training will take place at 1705 McKercher Drive and will include lunch and snacks. This event will be comprised of two half days: October 9th and 16th; 9am-1pm each day (see schedule below).
Facilitator Details:
The course will be provided by Airtight Engineering, a Saskatchewan-based consulting firm that specializes in energy efficient building design and building science training and has been involved in design of some of the most energy-efficient buildings in the province. Airtight Engineering’s instructors have facilitated building science and energy efficiency-related training sessions for diverse participants across Canada. They are passionate about building energy efficiency and sharing about how we can use building science to make homes that are more sustainable, resilient, affordable, comfortable, and healthy.
