This class provides important information to help better prepare you for childbirth, so you can enter into the last weeks of pregnancy and childbirth with less uncertainty and more empowerment to make informed decisions. Information includes breathing, relaxation and exercise techniques, medical procedures, cesarean section, analgesia, breastfeeding and baby care. We recommend beginning class around 25 weeks’ gestation. Spouses/Partners are encouraged to attend but do not need to register.All classes provided at no cost!
