Our annual challenge pushes our members to run, walk, bike and paddle their way across 165 miles between May 1 and November 10 to earn our virtual badge as well as a reward! Log your miles on your own time and at your own pace, but kick start the challenge with us on the May 5. We will have a FREE group led walk, run or bike ride. NEW THIS YEAR: A special bike and boat activity with Wildlands Conservancy! This portion of the event will cost $71 and all equipment is included. Below are our St. Luke’s Community Ambassadors and leaders for the GYTOT 165 mile challenge kick-off:
Bike Leader- Mandy Marquardt – 25-time U.S. National Champion, 3-time American Record Holder, Olympic Hopeful and St. Luke’s Community Ambassador
Run Leader- John Graham- Senior Network Administrator, Fitness & Sports Performance, St. Luke’s University Health Network
Walk Leader- Kristen Staula, DO-, Chiropractor at St. Luke’s Chiropractic Care- Bethlehem
Emily Wargo, a St. Luke's nutritionist will also be available to advise about nutrition and exercise.
